A stylish restaurant is part of the hotel. Outside of the main summer season and holidays we are open from Thursday to Sunday. Every weekend we prepare food from fresh ingredients and we regularly change our menu, so you can taste traditional Czech dishes as well as famous dishes of international cuisine and homemade pizza from the oven according to Italian recipes.
Our philosophy is to go by the way of a shorter choice of meals and we make sure that the meals are well prepared. According to your occupancy or interest on Fridays and Saturdays, we are happy to prepare steaks or fish on the grill.
We have a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a selection of wines from the wine regions of Italy, France, Argentina, Chile, California, Spain and Moravia. You will be welcome to choose wines directly from our wine cellar.
Pilsner Urquell beer and non-alcoholic Kofola on tap. We serve Italian coffee Trombetta. For lovers of quality alcohol, we offer popular Caribbean rum or grappa and other spirits from Italy, Scotland and Ireland.
Restaurant Svatý Florian is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. except for summer holidays and bank holidays, then on Thursdays from 4 to 10 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We cook Czech and international cuisine with a focus on Italian gastronomy (pizza, pasta) and light / healthy cuisine (fish, salads). We refresh the menu daily, so you will never have the same offer at weekly stays. We care about freshness and quality of prepared meals. Prices of meals start at CZK 155, children’s meals cost CZK 120. According to the menu and weather we offer a grill: Argentinean steaks from CZK 345 fresh sea fish from CZK 300, fish from the local fishermen from CZK 200.
We tap Pilsen Urquell beer, in bottles we offer IPA specials, Guinness, soft and yeast beer. We have a wide range of soft drinks.
We offer Italian Trombetta coffee – espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc. In our wine cellar you can find a wide selection of quality wines from Italy, France, Argentina, Chile, California, Spain and Moravia.
