About the restaurant Florián
Part of the hotel is a restaurant in the retro style of the 30s-50s.
In our restaurant, we prepare food from fresh ingredients and regularly change the menu. Here you can taste traditional Czech dishes as well as well-known dishes from international cuisine, or homemade pizza from the oven according to Italian recipes. In the summer months, we grill meat on the outdoor grill.
We brew the legendary Pilsner lager Pilsner Urquell 12° and offer a selection of both non-alcoholic homemade and draft lemonades such as Kofola or elderberry. We also offer bottled beers Guinness, Weisse Beer and light and semi-dark non-alcoholic beer. For lovers of quality alcohol, we have prepared popular rums from the Caribbean region or Italian grappa and other pure spirits from Italy, Scotland, Ireland, Austria and other regions.
We also have a wide range of wines from the regions of Italy, France, Argentina, Chile, Moravia, from which our dominant supplier is the winery Víno Hruška. If you are interested, we will be happy to allow you to choose directly from our wine store.
We serve honest Italian Trombetta coffee from Rome.
Groups of more than 8 people are requested to book in advance by phone. Without ordering, it is not possible to serve such large groups of people.
From 4:30 p.m., kitchen operations are limited due to dinner preparation. They have a limited capacity, so we recommend booking well in advance for non-accommodated guests.
